Northwell Health Patient Portal
The Northwell Health patient portal is called “FollowMyHealth”. It is a secure online platform that allows Northwell Health patients to access their personal health information, communicate with their healthcare providers, and manage their healthcare needs.
To access the FollowMyHealth patient portal, follow these steps:
- Go to the Northwell Health website at https://www.northwell.edu/.
